Belfast Zoo
What a fantastic trip to the Zoo! The boys and girls visited lots of interesting animals on our trip to the zoo. We saw lions, tigers, giraffes and elephants and even some more unusual creatures such as lemurs and warty hogs! The sun was shining and we were able to spend some time in the park after lunch. Brownlow House
As part of our topic on Castles and Shared Education we went on a trip to visit Brownlow House in Lurgan. We had a tour of the house, heard lots of interesting information about the building and got a feel for what it might have been like to live in a grand house or castle. Tullygally joined us in the park where we mixed, mingled and played with our new friends and had a great day.
W5 Winter Wonderland
On Monday 12th December Primary 1 visited W5 for an exciting day at the Winter Wonderland experience. Not only did we get to meet Santa but we also had a ride on his train and travelled through the Wonderland village. We heard the story 'The Night Before Christmas' and were treated to a magical Christmas whistle. We were very lucky and had the chance to visit lots of other interesting things as well! We went on the climbing wall and visited the discovery area, which had lots of fun things to see and do. What a great trip!
