Literacy
We followed instructions to play a game of Snakes and Ladders and to make our own Vanishing Colour Wheel.
In Literacy we have been looking at Instructional writing. We looked at the different features in instructions and were able to write a set of instructions to carve a pumpkin 🎃.
In Literacy this term we have been looking at story settings and adjectives we could use to introduce the setting of our stories. The children have been using amazing adjectives like grim, cobwebbed, rusty, murky, damp, old new, smelly and higgelty piggelty to describe settings.
