Today we had very exciting visitors from C & J animal park. We loved seeing all of the animals and getting to hold them.
Today we went on our end of year trip to Tannaghmore Gardens playpark. Everyone enjoyed the trip on the bus and playing together in the park. We were all happy to get some water at snack time to cool down!
This week we are learning about the Police and how they can help keep us safe. Today we had a visit from the Police and we got to see their car and quad. The Police Officer told us about his uniform and how we can keep safe on the road and in the community.
This week we were learning about the Dentist and Optician - we practiced brushing our teeth with our new toothbrushes and got to try on some glasses.
This week we had a visit from Nurse Lisa. She told us how she helps people who are sick. We also enjoyed some role play.

The siren was very loud!!
On Wednesday we had a very exciting visit from the fire brigade! We got to use the hose and heard the siren too
We have started our new topic 'Helping Hands'. This week we visited the canteen, the school office and posted a letter to our class. We can't wait until the postman delivers it to us!
During our topic 'What a Wonderful World' we learnt about our sense, the season of Spring and Easter
We had lots of fun in the snow today!!
We loved seeing everyone dressed up on World Book Day!
Busy days in the Nursery
In our Winter topic we have been learning about ice, frost and snow, birds and polar animals. We are happy to be back at Nursery after our holidays!
We have been very busy coming up to the Christmas holidays. There have been lots of exciting things going on in Nursery!
We have had lots of visitors in Nursery - Toddletes, Splash Surestart and Debutots. The childen have enjoyed excercising, singing rhymes and listening to stories
