Dear Parents,

 

It has been a real joy working alongside you this year. Thank you so much for all your support. I was overwhelmed this morning with all the cards and gifts, you are very kind. I will really miss all the children but have every confidence that they are ready for the next part of their journey.

After a hard week of work it was great to finish with Literacy and Numeracy games.

Great excitement being back in class. P7 have had a fab week being reunited with their friends. Happy Easter everyone! 🐣🐥 See you all on Monday, 12th April. 🤩😊

The theme for this year is 'Express Yourself.’ Our planned lessons will enable us to express ourselves through creativity and doing activities that make us feel good. We are going to be doing art, music, writing, poetry and lots of other fun activities. Great excitement at our virtual ‘Meet the Author’ session this morning. We had great tips from Jamie Littler on how to write a book and illustrate it.

Jemma from the IFA took us on a virtual tour of Windsor Park. She told us the history of Northern Ireland football team.

Planning has started for building our Titanic Ships. I think we have lots of promising architects and engineers in P7.

Forget about America, there was a big election in our class today for representatives for the Eco Council. Well done to everyone who took part and a huge congratulations to Adrija and Thibault for being elected.

We have started our Transition Programme with Grace. We are excited to learn about moving to High School.
