• Amazing Journey

  The boys and girls travelled to Craigavon Baptist Church, where they went back to the time of the New Testament. They met with the Apostle Matthew, Mary Magdalene and a Roman soldier. Some children even tried food from Jesus' time.

  

• World Book Day

  At Drumgor, we celebrated World Book Day on Friday 8th March. Pupils got to come in dressed as their favourite story characters. We were also hugely entertained by a performance from the Armagh Rhymers.

  On Wednesday 19th December, P4-7 journeyed to Craigavon Omniplex to watch The Grinch.

  

• Friends of Drumgor Christmas Draw

  Thanks to the Friends of Drumgor for their continued fundraising efforts for our school. Their annual Christmas Hamper draw was made on Tuesday 18th December 2018. Congratulations to our lucky winner- don't eat it all at once!

  

• Winter Trail raffle

  In November and December 2018, pupils got a 'stamp' each time they travelled to school actively. On Tuesday 18th December, a draw was made from those who had received ten stamps. Congratulations to the winners.

  

• Christmas Jumper Day

  On Tuesday 18th December, the whole school wore Christmas or Christmassy jumpers to raise money for the Simon Community, Northern Ireland's largest homeless charity. For the 307 raised for this worthy cause, we say a bit festive THANK YOU.

  

• Children In Need

  On Friday 16th November 2018, each boy and girl came to school in non-uniform and donated £1 towards Children in Need. In total, school raised £327.50. Well done everyone!
