For our first two Wednesday afternoons of the new school year, Mr Flack has led the P4-7s in walking 1km around the 3-G pitch.
It's great to be able to enjoy the sunny weather while it lasts!
In our last assembly of the school year, on Wednesday 29th June, Mrs King made a presentation to Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children with a cheque of £1710. This fantastic sum was raised from sponsors for our walk to Tannaghmore Gardens.
A massive thank you to everyone who contributed.
On Tuesday 28th June, we held our annual Prize Day and P7 performance. Thank you to everyone who attended and well done to all those who received prizes.
Well done to the Primary 7s for their performance in what was their last Prize Day. The school wishes you all the very best as you move on.
From Monday 6th- Wednesday 8th June, the P6s had their residential trip to Shannaghmore Outdoor Education Centre. Bouldering, canoeing, mountain-biking, mountain climbing and adventure walking were just some of the activities they got up to.
It was a brilliant experience for everyone and the boys and girls were commended for their behaviour and attitude.
Please see the 'Gallery' for photographs.
Well done to our P5 & 6 football team, who competed in the local schools' tournament. They topped their group and lost out to the eventual tournament winners in the semi-finals.
They are photographed here with a replica Euro trophy.
On Tuesday 24th May, the glorious weather provided the perfect setting for our annual Sports Day. In the morning, the Nursery and P1-3 children competed in their events, while the P4-7s enjoyed their races in the afternoon. Thanks to all those who came down to spectate and well done to everyone who took part!
Photographs of the day are in our Gallery.
