  • Rugby Tournament

    Congratulations to our rugby team who participated in the annual Irwins' Rugby Tournament. The boys played very well and had a great day out at Chambers Park with lots of children from local schools. Well done boys! 
  • The Big Pedal

    From Monday 18 to Friday 29 April, we participated in 'The Big Pedal'. Each day, we counted the number of children who cycled or scooted to school and our scores were entered into league against over 1,400 schools across the U.K.. 

    A big thank you to parents for assisting with this and making a great effort to allow your child(ren) to come to school on their own wheels. 

     

     

  • Shared Education

    As part of our new Shared Education initiative with Tullygally Primary School, our P3, P3-4 and P4 classes enjoyed some exciting joint lessons for their new Term 3 topics. We look forward to more shared ventures in the future. 
  • Confirmation

    On Wednesday 6th April, seven primary 7 children made their Confirmation in St. Anthony's Church. Congratulations to all pupils and you all looked great!

     

     

  • Easter Raffle

    The Friends of Drumgor's annual Easter Raffle was drawn on Friday 18th March.

     

    Congratulations to Jagoda from P6 who had the lucky ticket and won the Friends of Drumgor's tremendous Easter hamper.

     

    Thanks to all parents for helping to raise school funds once again.

  • SUSTRANS Superhero Challenge

    From Monday 22nd February- Friday 11th March, we had a 'Superhero Challenge' for P1-7 pupils. Each day they came to school actively, they got a stamp on their active travel cards. Anyone who got 10 or more stamps received a certificate and was put into a raffle for some lovely books. The raffle was drawn on Tuesday 15th March.

     

     

     

  • Walking Bus

    On World Book Day, Thursday 3rd March, over 100 pupils met staff at the MUGA in Parkmore. All dressed up as their favourite book characters, everyone walked the mile-long journey to school! Thanks to Dave from Sustrans for coming along to help.
  • Swimming Awards

    Fri 26 Feb 2016
    Friday 26th February 2016. The P6s and P7s received their swimming badges given to the school by Brownlow Leisure Centre. The boys and girls did themselves proud in achieving these.
  • Red Day

    Fri 05 Feb 2016
    On Friday 5th February, we supported the British Heart Foundation's 'Red Day' by coming to school wearing red and donating to the charity. We raised £370. Thank you parents for supporting this so well. 
  • Sustrans 'Winter Trail'

    On Thursday 17th December, Dave from Sustrans came to school looking rather 'elfish'. He gave out prizes to the 60 P5-7 pupils who had journeyed to school 'actively' throughout the month of December. Well done boys and girls for such a great effort!

    Thank you to the School Councillors who ticked their classmate's forms each time they actively travelled and thank you Dave for providing lovely presents.
