  • Drumgor v King's Park

    Wed 22 Feb 2017
On Wednesday 22nd February the boys hockey team played King's Park in their first league match of the year. The boys played some excellent hockey and built upon their experiences from their first cup game. Some superb skill and passing ensured King's Park were contained whilst our GK pulled off some brilliant saves. At the final whistle the score was 0-2 to King's Park. Next week the team will face Maralin at Lurgan Junior High.
  • Boys Hockey

    Fri 10 Feb 2017
The boys hockey team took part in their first match of the season against Hardy Memorial Primary school at Brownlow leisure centre on Friday 10th February. They faced tough opposition but worked well as a team to maintain possession of the ball and apply pressure when they could. Unfortunately the boys were beaten but have learned a lot that they can build on for their next match. A special thanks to Mrs Givans for driving and her support from the sidelines.

    “The Amazing Journey”:

Pupils from P1-7 participated in “The Amazing Journey” at Craigavon Baptist Church on Thursday 19 January 2017. This event detailed through a variety of presentations what life, food and clothes were like in Bible times. The children seemed to thoroughly enjoy the event and the organisers were full of praise for Drumgor pupils, which was very pleasing.

On Friday 16th December, Friends of Drumgor facilitated our first Christmas Craft Fair. For this, each class from P1-7 produced (wonderful) Christmas craft items, which were sold at stalls manned by the P7s.

Thank you to the Friends of Drumgor for hosting, and to everyone who came along to purchase items or to see Santa at the Grotto.

A successful event which we look forward to repeating next year.

    Sun 11 Dec 2016

Primary 1-4 took part in a Shared Education day with Tullygally Primary School Thursday 8th December. We had the opportunity to play and chat with each other and were able to recognise the similarities and differences that make us unique yet alike. We can't wait to the next Shared Ed day!

Well done boys and girls, as well as staff, for this great performance which saw beautiful choir singing, superb solo performances and great acting. It has certainly helped provide Christmas Spirit for the audiences.
